2. Services
Mango Digital provides web design, WordPress development, branding and related digital services.
Every project is delivered in line with an agreed proposal and/or invoice outlining scope, pricing and timelines.
3. Payments
Project costs are stated clearly in each proposal or invoice.
Standard payment structure:
50% deposit is required before work begins
50% on completion, prior to handover
Full payment may be requested upfront for smaller projects or on a case-by-case basis.
Final deliverables are only released once full payment has been received.
4. Revisions
Unless specified otherwise, each project includes up to two rounds of revisions.
Any further changes, additions or scope alterations may require additional fees.
5. Intellectual Property
All design work, code and content produced by Mango Digital remains our intellectual property until payment has been made in full.
After final payment, ownership of the final agreed deliverables transfers to the client.
Mango Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, presentations and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Responsibilities & Liability
We always aim to deliver high-quality work. However, we cannot guarantee that any website or service will be completely error-free, uninterrupted or achieve specific results.
Mango Digital is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of our website, services or deliverables.
Clients are responsible for:
reviewing final designs before publication
supplying accurate content
ensuring legal compliance (including data protection, accessibility and marketing regulations)
7. Website Content & Usage
All content on this website — including text, images, designs and code — is owned by Mango Digital or used with permission.
Copying, redistributing or reusing any part of this site without consent is not permitted.
8. Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to external websites. Mango Digital is not responsible for any third-party content, policies or practices.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled solely by the courts of England and Wales.
