Payment & Refund Policy

At Mango Digital, I’m committed to delivering high-quality, custom web design services built around your goals.
Because of the nature of the work (time, planning, and resources invested from day one), the following payment and refund terms apply:

Payment Terms:

• A deposit (usually 50%) is required to secure your project booking and begin work.

• The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to handover or launch.

• Work will not commence until the deposit has been received.

• Final deliverables (such as access to the live website) will only be provided once full payment has been received.

Refunds:

• Payments are non-refundable once work has begun on your project.

• If a refund is agreed before any work has started, any transaction or payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe, Bonsai, PayPal) will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

• Once work has started, refunds are not available due to the nature of the time and resources committed to each project.

• If you have any concerns at any stage, communication is encouraged to resolve issues collaboratively.

• By paying a deposit or full amount, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
